Welcome to Dugout Watch

Dugout Watch ("the Service") is operated by Golden Road Ventures LLC, doing business as Dugout Watch ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Dugout Watch — at dugoutwatch.com or through our iOS and Android apps — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

What Dugout Watch Does

Dugout Watch is a free service that lets you follow college baseball and softball players across NCAA Division I, II, and III programs. You can browse rosters, add players to your personal watchlist, follow teams, and view game stats and performance data.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dugout Watch and create an account.

Your Account

You create an account by providing your email address. We use a passwordless sign-in system — each time you sign in, we send a one-time verification code to your email. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's Settings (Delete Account). This action is immediate and cannot be undone.

Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we may send you updates about players and teams you follow. You can turn notifications off at any time in the app's Settings or your device's notification settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

Player and Game Data

Dugout Watch aggregates publicly available college baseball and softball statistics and roster information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Player stats, rosters, and game results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as an official record.

Intellectual Property

The Dugout Watch name, logo, and the design and functionality of the Service are the property of the operators of Dugout Watch. The underlying player and game data is sourced from publicly available records and is not claimed as our proprietary content.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dugout Watch and its operators, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
